The camping guests have to show at their arrival their documents to record the data and have to go through the internal rules. It is obligatory to ware the “PASS-BRACCIALETTO” (PASS-BRACELET), good visible during all the staying. Without the bracelet it’s not allowed to go through the camping.

The entree in the structure is subdue to the consent of the Management who has the right with unchallengeable judgement , to cast off anyone from the camping who doesn’t respect the norms and rules as described or has a behaviour that damages the harmony and the spirit of the settlement.

The under-aged are only allowed to stay on the camping together with their parents of major aged familiars.

The children have to accompanied during the use of the facilities, the play-ground and the services. They have to be supervised by their parents who are responsible directly for them, and as far this concerns the Management doesn’t have any responsibility.

For the right of entry the Management has to give permission before; if allowed they have to leave their documents, pay the daily tariff and have to respect these rules; if not, than they will cast off the camping, as described in the above mentioned article.

The payment of the amount for the period of staying has to be done at arrival. In case of anticipated departure as concerns the booked a/o the agreed period, the Management won’t give back the amount as a claim for damage.

In case of failure to pay the account, according to the art. 2756 of the Civil Code, will keep the caravan or tent in the camping until the outstanding balance, and this includes also the staying caused by distress, will be settled.

The tariff of the staying is per day. The first day will be counted as of the time of arrival to ten o’clock of the next day; into this time the pitch has to cleared and the camping has to be left, on the contrary there will be counted one further day.

The Management doesn’t take any responsibility for possible damages, destruction or subtraction, also partial, for any reason, to the caravan, camper, tents, cars, or any other property brought by the client on the camping, the accessories and their contained objects. Every camper has to take care of his property. The Management doesn’t take any responsibility, in no case, for possible lost or stealing, of values not given in custody.

The Management declines any responsibility for possible damages to the clients during the use of the de structures and of the facilities of the camping as it can happen by natural events, by accident, hazards, exceptionally. The use of the facilities, included the swimming-pool, play-ground, sport-fields, water-facilities at own risk and danger, like participate at all the play- and sport-activities organized by the animation staff.

The opening-hours of the reception and o the different services are those shown in the locals for that use; for no reason you can pay, pick-up documents, etc. during the off-hours.

The pitches will be assigned by the Management, the cars must be parked on the outside guarded parking-place, only in the indicated space. The cars parked out of place will be removed by the tow truck without notice and the costs for this have to be payed by the owner of the car.

The access and the parking of the car or any other motor-vehicle on the pitches is only allowed on the day of arrival and departure for the time needed to load and to unload.

From 14.00 o’clock to 16.00 o’clock and from 24.00 o’clock to 7.00 o’clock it’s forbidden to make noise what might disturb the resting of the campers, like also assembling and dismantling tents. During those hours it’s forbidden to use radio’s or similar, assembles or noisy meetings, using the play-ground and the swimming-pool. The bar near the entry will be closed, it’s forbidden to drive around with motor-vehicles.

Audio devices have to be dimmed while during the rest-period they have to be switched off. The conversations between the campers have to be toned down.

It’s forbidden to have, for any reason, (loud diners, parties, etc.) without advanced authorization of the Management on the streets of the camping, on free pitches and any other public place.

It’s absolutely forbidden to damage plants, to hang strings, ropes or other at trees or other facilities of the camping, like also dig canals around the tent, pour hot or salty liquids or throwing rubbish on the ground or making a fire. It’s not allowed to hang ground clothes on the tree or making metal scaffoldings above the caravan or veranda. We don’t take any responsibility for damages caused by falling trees or limbs by natural disasters, accidents and unpredictabilities. Using the barbecue is only permitted by authorization of the Management.

Paper and rubbish have to be thrown away in the appropriate containers.

Laundry and dishes have to be cleaned in the appropriate sinks.

The access for dogs is forbidden during the months of July and August and always in the bungalows, during the other months this will be decided by the Management. Where it will be allowed, they have to be in possession of a vaccination certificate according to the law and they have to on a leash.

At the inside of the camping it is forbidden to play football, bowls, volley bal.

The rubbish has to be thrown away in the appropriate containers outside of the camping.

Electric cords and the sockets used by the clients have to be as by the law of the CEE enacted.

Televisions, fridges, nets, closets, barbecues, and other, not being used anymore by the client, are considered as rubbish in the way or special rubbish, and in no way they should be left on the pitches or near the containers. The clients have to take care of the disposal according the legislative procedures.

The kitchens separated by the veranda’s have to be installed at the inside of the own pitch, on the street-side and not on the back, for security reasons and to reach immediately in case of fire.

It is forbidden to run fast with the bicycle on the camping roads. You have to go slowly and careful in an environment with many pedestrian above all children.

The corrispondence has to be picked-up personally by an adult at the reception. After 7 days it will be returned to sender.

The access on the camping means accepting and complete observance of these RULES what in every moment can be completed whenever the Management retains it necessary. The staff of the camping is authorized to let it be respected and to inform the Management in case somebody doesn’t. Those who don’t respect these rules, will be cast out of the camping.
